In 2016, the total output value of the county was 5.571 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 9.7%. Among them, the added value of the primary industry was 1.193 billion yuan, an increase of 5.7%, accounting for 1.4% of GDP; the added value of the secondary industry was 2.523 billion yuan, an increase of 9.5%, accounting for 45.3% of GDP; the added value of the tertiary industry was 1.855 billion yuan, an increase of 12.2%, accounting for 3.3% of GDP. According to the resident population, the per capita GDP is 31962 yuan. In the whole year, the added value of the non-public economy was 3.283 billion yuan, accounting for 58.92% of the GDP, an increase of 2.1 percentage points over the previous year.
II. Agriculture
In 2016, the total agricultural output value increased by 19.45 billion yuan. Among them, agriculture was 1.351 billion yuan, an increase of 6.7%; forestry was 62 million yuan, an increase of 16.4%; animal husbandry was 499 million yuan, an increase of 0.8%; fishery was 02 million yuan; agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery service industry was 46 million yuan, an increase of 7.2%.
The planting area of crops in the whole year was 46026 hectares, an increase of 5.3% over the same period last year. Among them, the grain sown area was 33785 hectares, an increase of 2.1%. The total grain output of the whole year was 101312 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 43.7%. Among them, summer grain output was 9240 tons, down 0.1%; autumn grain output was 92072 tons, an increase of 50.3%.

Among them, the output value of industries above designated size was 3.429 billion yuan, an increase of 21.7%; the output value of industries under scale was 537 million yuan, down 12.8%. The annual industrial sales output value reached 3.947 billion yuan, up 11.2% year on year. Among them, the sales output value of industries above designated size was 3.421 billion yuan, an increase of 16.1%; that of industries below designated scale was 526 million yuan, an increase of 11.3%. In the whole year, the industrial added value reached 2.363 billion yuan, up 9.8% year on year. Among them, the added value of industries above designated size was 2.202 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2%; the added value of industries under scale was 161 million yuan, an increase of 3.4%.
In 2016, the total output value of construction enterprises within the qualification of the county was 26.39 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 90.84%; the added value was 164 million yuan (including the added value of construction industry in other provinces), with a year-on-year increase of 3.4%. The construction area of the house is 2.3697 million square meters, with a year-on-year increase of 17.25%; the completed output value is 10.17 million yuan.
IV. Investment in fixed assets
In 2016, the total investment in fixed assets of the whole society was 3.749 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 55.6%. County level fixed assets investment was 2.776 billion yuan, up 54.8% year on year. According to the industrial structure, the investment in fixed assets at the county level is divided into: 528 million yuan in the primary industry, an increase of 45.1%; 765 million yuan in the secondary industry, an increase of 37.7%; and an investment of 1.483 billion yuan in the tertiary industry, an increase of 69.8%. According to composition: construction projects amounted to 2.776 billion yuan, an increase of 54.8%. There were 39 construction projects in the whole year, with a year-on-year increase of 9.3%. Among them, 27 projects were newly started, with an increase of 28.6%. This year, new fixed assets increased by 2.425 billion yuan, up 53.3% year on year. V. Transportation and communication
In 2016, the added value of transportation, warehousing and postal industry was 270.9 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 4.4%. The total mileage of highways in the county is 1510 km, of which 54.6 km are railways, 48.7 km are expressways, 53.0 km are national highways, 132.7 km are county roads, 167.4 km are township roads, and 1108 km are village roads. The patency rate of administrative village roads is 98.9%. The annual passenger traffic volume was 1.02 million people, a year-on-year decrease of 57%; the freight volume was 4.11 million tons, with a year-on-year increase of 233%. The number of motor vehicles was 19860, up 82.8% year on year.
In 2016, the total post and telecommunications business of the county was 32.0283 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 10.0%. Among them, the postal service was 15.0283 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 14.5%; the telecommunications business was 17 million yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 6.3%. The total number of fixed and mobile phone users in the county reached 131460, a year-on-year decrease of 6.1%. Among them, there were 8460 fixed phones, a year-on-year decrease of 51.2%, to 7 units / 100 households; the number of mobile phones was 123000, a year-on-year decrease of 2.8%, reaching 107 units / 100 people. In 2016, the total financial revenue of the county was 218.08 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 22.0%. Among them, local fiscal revenue was 124.27 million yuan, up 56.0% year on year. Local fiscal expenditure was 2387.81 million yuan, up 21.0% year on year.
In 2016, the deposit balance of financial institutions in the county reached 4.545 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 11.0%. The balance of various loans was 2.275 billion yuan, up 27.9% year on year.
In 2016, the premium income of insurance companies was 31.68 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 19.0%. There are 76 schools at all levels in the county, including 1 senior middle school, 1 Vocational Education Center, 4 junior middle schools, 2 nine-year consistent schools, 24 complete primary schools, 9 teaching centers, 19 central kindergartens and 16 village kindergartens. In 2016, there were 20119 students in the county, a year-on-year decrease of 3.0%. Among them, the number of students in secondary and primary schools increased by 13.851%, that of junior high schools decreased by 13.851%, that of junior high schools decreased by 13.851%, that of junior high schools decreased by 13.851%. There were 2169 full-time teachers in the county, a year-on-year decrease of 7.3%. Among them, 764 were primary school students, down 34.0%; 595 middle school students, down 24.0%; 138 vocational school students, the same as the previous year; 672 kindergartens and preschool classes, an increase of 187.2%. There are 29 medical and health institutions in the county, including 20 hospitals, 7 central health centers and 10 general health centers. There are 703 health technical personnel, including 200 licensed doctors, 135 licensed assistant doctors, 206 registered nurses, 20 pharmacists, 29 inspectors and 113 others. There are 626 beds.
IX. Ecological environment and safe production
The three-year green planting campaign was completed, with 42500 mu of afforestation in 2016. The forest and grass coverage rate of the whole county reached 30.6%, and the greening coverage rate of the county reached 31.5%. The area of soil erosion control is 92.7 square kilometers. The county sewage collection rate reached 89.36%, and the garbage treatment rate reached 90.12%. There are 1794 new natural gas households in the urban area, with a total of 8041. In the whole year, the air quality of urban area was better than that of grade II and above, and the number of days remained above 83%.
No major production safety accidents occurred throughout the year. The total number of deaths caused by production safety accidents was 0.036, a decrease of 47.1%.
X. Population, people's livelihood and social security
At the end of 2016, there were 115057 households in the county with a total population of 303708, including 161943 males, accounting for 53.32% of the total population, and 141765 females, accounting for 46.68% of the total population. There are 62965 urban population and 240743 rural population in the county. At the end of 2016, the permanent population of the county was 170300, and the urbanization rate was 36.16%. The birth rate was 12.02 ‰; the mortality rate was 7.31 ‰; the natural growth rate was 4.71 ‰.
In 2016, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 25768 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 9.2%. The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 9046 yuan, an increase of 8.7%.
In 2016, there were 7282 urban employees and 136339 urban and rural residents. 24650 people participated in the basic medical insurance, including 12858 urban workers, 11792 urban residents and 251609 rural new rural cooperative medical insurance. The coverage rate of basic social security reached 96.0%.
