Feng Jie, the secretary of the county party committee, announced that the key construction projects of Zizhou County will start in the first quarter of 2022. At the ceremony, the person in charge of the County Development and Reform and Science and Technology Bureau introduced the basic situation of key construction projects in 2022. Hu Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and executive deputy county head, read out the commendation decisions on the construction of key projects in 2021, competition for capital and projects. Persons in charge of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau and Miaojiaping Town made statements respectively.
Zhao Guibo pointed out that 2022 is a key year for the implementation of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" and also the year when the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held. The whole county should firmly hold the "bull nose" of effective investment with the concept of "starting with a decisive battle, starting with a sprint" and the awareness of "projects as the king", and strive to achieve a "good start" in 2022 with the momentum of tiger power.
Zhao Guibo stressed that all project promotion departments should go all out to promote project construction with a sense of mission of "going ahead", a sense of responsibility of "working hard" and a sense of urgency of "never stopping"; All construction units shall adhere to the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control, environmental protection and safe production in a regular manner, and work against the schedule and wall chart in accordance with the project construction plan to ensure that the project is completed as soon as possible and reaches its capacity and efficiency; The development and reform department should continue to strengthen the notification of project scheduling, check the bill, push forward the point, wake up the accountability, and push forward the implementation of projects under high pressure. Each project package leader should adhere to the above rate, go deep into the front line of the project, and effectively solve the bottleneck constraints in project promotion. All departments should take the initiative to provide services, actively promote the use of land, water and electricity, funds, policies and other elements of resources to focus on key projects, and fully support projects to take root and bear fruit.
It is understood that in 2022, Zizhou County will arrange 107 key construction projects, with a total investment of 5.796 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.646 billion yuan, including 39 continuing projects, 65 new projects and 3 reconstruction and expansion projects. It covers rural revitalization, urban and rural construction, infrastructure, modern agriculture, livelihood security, ecological governance and other fields. This time, 52 projects were started in a centralized manner, including 33 continued projects and 19 new projects, with a construction rate of 48.5%. The total investment was RMB 3103 million and the annual planned investment was RMB 1.637 billion.
