At Qiaogou No. 1 medium-sized sand retaining dam in tuojiabian village, peijiawan town and yayaogou small sand retaining dam in lijiamao village, huainingwan Town, Zhao guibo checked the construction progress of the sand retaining dam on site, and relevant personnel reported the project progress and problems encountered. Zhao guibo pointed out that the construction of sediment retaining dam is of great significance to reduce sediment and water and soil loss into the Yellow River, effectively utilize and protect water and soil resources, improve the comprehensive land production capacity, and promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. Villages and towns shall do a good job in construction coordination and guarantee, and the water resources bureau shall do a good job in technical guidance, inspection and supervision to ensure that the project quality meets the standard. The construction unit shall prepare the winter construction scheme, strictly control the project, put safety first in all work, ensure the safety of project construction and complete the project on schedule.
